Consumables are one-time use items that modify a weapon in some way.
Obtained by deconing a High-End, Ascended, Cosmic or Planetary weapon.
The rarity of the mutator is respective to the weapon you decon.

chance to drop a High End mutator.Stat mutators are used to reroll the stats of a Weapon, Power-Up, or Usable.
Talent mutators are used to reroll the talents of a Weapon. Talents are rolled from the available pool, based on the weapons Unique name or Prefix. Most weapons draw from the global talents pool.
Mutators can only be used on items with a Rarity equal to or lower than the mutator.
Crystals are an end-game set of usable items obtained via events, donating, or using Crystal Caverns. They allow you to modify your weapons very extensively.
These mutators come from events, and always apply their respective talent in the slot specified by the mutator.
The Wild? mutator is unique in that it can replace your T1, 2 or 3, chosen at random.
Wraps allow you to change the look of your weapon or cosmetic.
You can preview a wrap by selecting use, clicking on a weapon, then clicking on the weapon icon displayed under the wrap icon.
To use wraps on cosmetics, you must open your inventory, go to the settings, dev, and enable wrapping
There are 3 categories of wraps:
Paints
Paints change your gun to the solid color shown in the preview, these colors can be effected by tints.
Tints
Tints add a colored overlay to the gun, with the color being shown by the icon. Tints can be mixed with Wraps OR Skins to create unique cosmetic looks.
Skins
Skins add a custom texture to your gun, this can range from a simple color gradient to very complex patterns.
Name mutators allow you to rename your gun.
Candies come primarily from the halloween event, but can be rewards in other events too.
